By becoming a member of Be Connected, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

​1. Event Participation & RSVP Responsibilities

• Members are encouraged to RSVP for events in advance, especially for events with limited availability. 
• If you can no longer attend an event you've RSVP'd for that has limited space, please notify us as soon as possible so that your spot may be offered to another member.
• Participation in events is not required to maintain your membership. However, your involvement in workshops, socials, and networking activities is highly encouraged to fully benefit from the community and resources offered by Be Connected.

2. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment. Be Connected promotes a culture of empowerment and camaraderie. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Collaboration and mutual respect between members are key to fostering a positive atmosphere. Members are expected to uplift, support, and contribute to the community's growth by acting with kindness and professionalism. 

3. Termination Clause

• Be Connected reserves the right to terminate any memberships at its sole discretion for violations of this agreement, the code of conduct, or behaviors that harm the community. Termination will be communicated in writing and will be effective immediately. 
• If a member's account is terminated for cause, no refunds will be given, and the member will no longer have access to events, resources, or other membership benefits. 

4. Membership Cancellation & Transfers

• Members may cancel their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice (send to isa.elcock@gmail.com). Membership benefits will remain active through the current billing cycle. 
• Memberships are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your membership to another individual, company, or entity.
